Lillehammer Studio

Mason UK were pleased to work with Munro Associates again on the exciting new Studio Project in Lillehammer Norway. The Mason FSN jack up floating floors were specified to create a box within a box structure. Mason UK designed and supervised the installation undertaken by a local contractor.

The jack floating floor system was specified to achieve the very high levels of noise separation from one room to another required for this studio build. Mason UK designed floating floors for a Large Recording room with three further small recording areas and a Control Room.

The studios were situated half way up a mountain overlooking the picturesque view of the Lillehammer lake and surrounding mountains. The design of the studios and main building were of a very high specfication to be in keeping with the surroundings.
